Student devices in the Classroom

I use my blog as a newsletter. I've changed the format and background to make it easier to read.
Some students have Nooks or like devices and our library has 15 new Nooks. I've brought them into the classroom as a way to introduce students to them.  Our librarian put a short story on each. Students were shown how to log in and were allowed to use them for a week.
The 5th grade teachers are putting together a list of rules that would apply to use procedures.
